Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions we are asked most often about our service, our prices and what to expect on the day.

General questions

Will I have to carry anything myself?
No. Our crew collects the waste inside the property, carries it out and loads the truck. You only need to be there to let us in and point out what is going. If the waste is already bagged up or gathered in one place, the job goes faster and therefore costs less.
Do you hire out skips?
No, we do not hire out skips. Ours is a different service: we arrive with a truck and a crew, carry the waste out, load it and take it away in a single visit. Nothing is left standing in the yard, there is no parking permit to arrange and you are not paying for the days a skip sits there. If a skip really would suit your situation better, we will tell you so honestly.
How much does construction waste removal cost?
The minimum call-out starts from €80, and removal including carrying out from €35 per cubic metre. The final price depends on the volume, the type and weight of the waste, the floor and whether there is a lift, vehicle access, and whether demolition work is needed too. We give you an exact price once you have filled in the form and sent photos, and we agree it with you before the work starts.
How quickly can you come?
We reply to your request within 5 minutes. The collection itself can often be done the same day or the next, depending on the volume and the time that suits you.

Construction waste removal from apartments

Will you carry waste down from the fifth floor with no lift?
Yes. Carrying by hand from any floor is part of the service. The floor and whether there is a lift do affect the price, because the job takes more time and more people, but we never turn such work down — it is our daily bread.
What do you not take?
We do not take asbestos or asbestos cement sheeting, hazardous waste, chemicals, leftover paints and varnishes, solvents, batteries, gas cylinders or tyres. These materials have their own separate handling route set out in law. If you are not sure, add a photo to the form — we will tell you straight away and point you to where it can be handed in.

Construction waste removal from houses

Does the waste need sorting before collection?
No sorting is needed. We take mixed waste as it comes and separate it out by material ourselves before handing it over. The one thing we do ask is that you set aside paints, solvents and batteries, because those must never end up in the load.
What happens to the waste after it is taken away?
We hand it over at a licensed waste reception site that is authorised to accept it. Inert materials such as concrete and brick are usually crushed and reused; wood goes for recycling and metal goes for scrap.

Payment and prices

Is the price agreed before the work?
Yes — that is our core principle. We give you the exact final price once we have assessed the situation and before any work begins. You agree to the price before we start. There are no hidden charges.
Is there a night rate?
Yes — call-outs between 22:00 and 07:00, and at weekends and on public holidays, carry a higher rate (+30–50% on the daytime price). We tell you the exact rate before we set off.
Do you cover the Riga region as well?
Yes — we cover the nearest towns and parishes around Riga. For jobs further out, please tell us in advance, as an additional call-out charge may apply.

How the job works

Not necessarily. Someone needs to be there at the start to let the crew in and show them what is going, and at the end to sign the work off. In between you are free to get on with your day — we agree that beforehand.

Yes, by prior arrangement. In residential buildings you do need to bear in mind the house rules on when noisy work is allowed, particularly on Sundays. For offices and commercial premises the weekend is often the easiest option.

Yes. Once the waste is out we sweep the room and the stairwell. That is included in the service — you do not have to order it separately and there is nothing extra to pay.

Yes, we work in Riga and the surrounding area. Trips outside Riga may carry a small distance surcharge, and we always tell you about it in the quote rather than after the job.

Yes. Collections are often booked by children for their parents, or by an owner who is not in Latvia. Just tell us in the form who will be at the property and who we should agree the timing with.

Private customers pay once the job is finished. For companies we issue a VAT invoice, with payment terms by agreement. The price is agreed before the work starts, so the invoice holds no surprises.

Yes, as long as someone can let the crew in — a neighbour, a relative or the building manager. We agree the price with you remotely from photos, and send confirmation once the job is done.

We take requests through the form because it gives us everything we need straight away — the address, the volume, the floor and photos. That means we can quote in our first reply rather than after three follow-up calls. We answer a completed form within 5 minutes.
