We take construction waste away from private houses in Riga and the surrounding region. We load it ourselves, and plan several trips when the volume calls for it.
At a house the waste tends to build up over a longer stretch and in bigger quantities than it ever does in a flat — after a roof replacement, an interior renovation or the demolition of an old extension, twenty cubic metres and more is easily reached. We arrive, load from the pile or carry it out of the rooms, and take it away. If the volume will not fit in a single load, we plan several trips in the same day and say so in the quote rather than afterwards.
You do not have to work out who is going to lift the waste into the truck. We arrive with a crew and load from the pile, from the shed or out of the rooms.
With heavy material a truck fills up on weight at around 2–4 m³. We can see from your photos whether several trips are needed, and we build that into the quote rather than telling you later.
Wood, metal, concrete and mixed waste each go where they should. We do not take asbestos or corrugated cement sheeting — those need a separate licensed disposal chain.

Book a collectionA house usually has no stairwell problem, but it has others: larger volumes, outbuildings, and waste that has been accumulating for months.
If the waste is in the yard, the truck can pull up beside it and loading is quick. That is the cheapest scenario — so if you are able to bring the waste together in one spot beforehand, the price comes down accordingly.
A house renovation or a re-roof can produce 20–40 m³ of waste. With heavy materials one truck takes roughly 2–4 m³ by weight, so we plan several trips in one day and say so in the quote.
Old sheds, lean-tos and extensions are usually mixed material: timber, corrugated sheeting, metal, old insulation. We sort on site, because different materials have different disposal routes. We do not take asbestos or corrugated asbestos sheeting — that needs a separate licensed route.
After building work there are often branches, stumps and old soil left as well. If it all needs to go at once, say so in the form — we will plan the right vehicle and a single visit rather than two.
| Job | Volume | Material |
|---|---|---|
| Re-roofing (100 m²) | 10–15 m³ | Old covering, battens, insulation |
| Demolishing an old extension | 15–25 m³ | Timber, brick, metal |
| Interior renovation of a house | 15–30 m³ | Mixed waste, plaster, floors |
| Clearing a shed | 5–15 m³ | Clutter, timber, old appliances |
| Clearing a cellar | 3–10 m³ | Clutter, furniture, leftover building materials |
