We carry renovation waste out of your flat, load it and take it away. Fifth floor with no lift included.
Construction waste removal from an apartment means the crew collects the waste indoors, bags it, carries it down the stairwell and loads the truck. A flat is the most demanding job: a fifth floor with no lift means every bag, weighing 25–30 kg, is carried down by hand. We protect the stairwell and sweep up afterwards. A bathroom refit typically produces 3–5 m³; a full one-bedroom flat renovation 8–12 m³.
After a flat renovation the waste usually ends up in the hallway or out on the balcony, and the hard part is not taking it away — it is getting it down the stairs. We arrive with a crew and a truck, bag the waste up, carry it down, load it and take it away, all in a single visit. You do not lift a single bag, you do not have to arrange a skip, and you do not have to work out where the waste should go.
We work where there is no lift, or where debris is not allowed in it. Every bag is carried down by hand — that is included in the service, not charged as an extra afterwards.
We carry everything in bags, mind the walls and corners, and sweep up afterwards. Communal areas are left in the state we found them.
Add a few photos to the form — we work out the volume and the price from them. Estimating the volume is not your job, and we agree the price before we set off.
Nothing is left standing outside the building. There is no parking permit to arrange, and no neighbour will tip their own rubbish into it.

Book a collectionA flat is the most demanding job in waste removal — which is exactly why many firms are reluctant to take it on.
A fifth floor with no lift means every bag of mortar and tiles is carried down by hand. A heavy bag weighs 25–30 kg, and after a bathroom refit there are commonly twenty or more of them. We do it — it is our daily work, and it is why the floor and the lift are part of how we price the job.
Carrying waste through a communal stairwell makes it easy to scuff walls or damage the floor. We carry everything in bags, protect the corners and sweep up after ourselves. Your neighbours and the building manager will not notice anything happened here at all.
In central Riga and the older quarters it is not always possible to pull up at the entrance. If the truck has to park further away, every bag has to be carried to it first. We take that into account when we quote, and we tell you beforehand — not after the work.
In residential buildings, noise and traffic through the stairwell are better planned for daytime. We agree a time that suits you and your neighbours. If it is urgent, we can often come the same day.
