Why customers come back
to us again and again

We do the heavy lifting

You will not lift a single bag. Our crew collects the waste inside, carries it down the stairs and loads the truck. That includes the case where you live on the fifth floor and the lift is out of service, or is not suitable for carrying debris.

No skip in the yard

We do not deliver skips. We arrive with a truck, load it and take everything away in one visit. There is no parking permit to arrange, nothing stands in the yard for days, and no neighbour tips their own rubbish into it.

The price is agreed before we start

Add a few photos to the form. We work out the price from them and agree it with you before the crew sets off. No surprises when the job is finished.

Licensed disposal

We hand the waste over to a licensed waste reception facility that is permitted to accept it. No fly-tipping at the edge of a forest or into someone else's skip: that fine would land on you, not on us.

Small loads too

Skip hire companies have a minimum size, so three cubic metres of bathroom waste ends up costing far more than it should. For us a small load is ordinary work. We will come out for a few bags.

Private customers and businesses

We work with flat owners as readily as with offices, building managers and construction firms. For businesses we issue a VAT invoice and collect to a schedule.

From request to a clear space —
four steps

There is one thing for you to do: fill in the form. We handle the rest.

1

You fill in the form

Tell us what needs taking away, the rough volume and the address. Add a few photos. They let us quote more precisely, and they save you having to estimate the volume yourself.

2

We agree the price

We reply within 5 minutes, work out the price and settle on a time that suits you. The price is known before the work starts, with no surprises at the end.

3

We arrive and carry it out

The crew arrives at the agreed time with a truck. We collect the waste inside, carry it down the stairs, protect the stairwell and load the truck. You lift nothing.

4

We take it away and tidy up

We take everything in one visit and hand it to a licensed waste reception facility. The space is left clean and clear. Nothing stays in the yard.

Construction waste removal in Riga and the surrounding region

Every area has its own page covering the local working conditions: the building stock, the access and what most often needs taking away there.

Riga and the immediate region

Riga · Mārupe · Ķekava · Salaspils · Ādaži · Jūrmala · Olaine · Ogre

The wider region

Baloži · Ikšķile · Sigulda · Jelgava · Saulkrasti · Baldone · Ķegums · Vangaži · Iecava

Within the Riga city limits, distance has almost no effect on the price. Journeys further out may carry a distance surcharge — we tell you about it when we quote, not after the job.

All areas we serve

Skip hire, or removal with carrying out?

These are two completely different services. We provide the second — and there are situations where the first is the better buy. Here is an honest comparison.

Skip hire

What you get: an empty skip is delivered to your yard.

  • You load the waste into it yourself
  • The skip stands in the yard for several days
  • In central Riga a parking permit is often required
  • Neighbours tend to tip their own rubbish into it
  • There is a minimum size — small loads work out expensive

When it is the better option: if you have your own crew already working on site, somewhere to put the skip, and waste accumulating over several days.

Removal with carrying out (our service)

What you get: a crew arrives with a truck.

  • We carry the waste out and load it
  • It all happens in one visit — nothing is left in the yard
  • No parking permit needed
  • No stranger tips anything into it
  • A small load is ordinary work, not a problem

When it is the better option: if the waste is ready to go, it needs carrying out of a flat or house, and you would rather not lift any of it.

If you are not sure which suits your situation, describe it in the form. If we can see that skip hire would work out better for you, we will say so.

With construction waste, weight matters — not just cubic metres

That is the key difference between construction waste and, say, furniture. It is also where most misunderstandings about price begin.

Concrete and brick

Roughly 1,300–1,800 kg per cubic metre. That means a truck fills up by weight long before it fills up by volume — two cubic metres of concrete is already a full load. Heavy waste therefore often takes several trips, even when it does not look like much.

Wood, plasterboard, insulation

Roughly 150–400 kg per cubic metre. These materials take up a lot of room but weigh very little. Here the truck fills by volume, and a single trip can take considerably more than it could with heavy waste.

Mixed renovation waste

The most common case in practice: tiles, plasterboard, wallpaper, timber trim and a few bags of mortar together. On average 400–700 kg per cubic metre — the price sits somewhere in between, which is exactly why photos are the best way to pin it down.

Typical volumes by type of job

Rough benchmarks so you can place your own situation. We work out the exact volume from photos — estimating it is not your job.

JobTypical volumeWhat it usually consists of
Bathroom strip-out3–5 m³Tiles, mortar, old bathtub, sanitary ware
Kitchen strip-out2–4 m³Units, tiles, worktop, old appliances
One-bedroom flat renovation8–12 m³Mixed waste from every room
Two to three-bedroom renovation12–20 m³Mixed waste, often over several trips
Brick partition wall (10 m²)2–3 m³About 1.5 tonnes — a heavy load
Floor covering (20 m²)2–3 m³Screed, tiles, parquet or laminate

Volumes are indicative and depend on the specific property.

Frequently asked questions

Will I have to carry anything myself?
No. Our crew collects the waste inside the property, carries it out and loads it into the truck. You only need to be there to let us in and show us what is going. If the waste is already bagged or stacked in the yard, the job goes faster and therefore costs less.
Do you hire out skips?
No, we do not hire out skips. Ours is a different service: we arrive with a truck and a crew, carry the waste out, load it and take it away in one visit. Nothing is left standing in the yard, there is no parking permit to arrange, and you pay nothing for days of skip rental.
How much does construction waste removal cost?
The price depends on the volume in cubic metres, the type and weight of the waste, the floor and whether there is a lift, vehicle access, and whether demolition work is needed too. We give you a firm price once you have filled in the form and added a few photos — and we agree it with you before the work starts.
How quickly can you come?
We reply to requests within 5 minutes. The collection itself can often happen the same day or the next, depending on the volume and a time that suits you.
What do you not take?
We do not take asbestos or corrugated asbestos sheeting, hazardous waste, chemicals, paint residues or tyres — those have a separate, strictly regulated disposal route. If you are unsure, add a photo to the form and we will tell you straight away.
