BuvgruzuIzvesanaRiga.lv is a construction waste removal service in Riga and the surrounding region. We arrive with a crew and a truck, collect the waste indoors, carry it down the stairs — fifth floor with no lift included — load it and take it away in a single visit. We do not hire out skips: nothing is left standing in the yard. Waste goes to a licensed reception facility. Working since 2014, for private customers and businesses.
From a few bags after a bathroom refit to clearing an entire flat or site. We work with our own crew and our own trucks.

Concrete, brick, tiles, plasterboard, wood, metal, mixed renovation waste. Clear lists of what we take and what we don't.
Find out moreYou will not lift a single bag. Our crew collects the waste inside, carries it down the stairs and loads the truck. That includes the case where you live on the fifth floor and the lift is out of service, or is not suitable for carrying debris.
We do not deliver skips. We arrive with a truck, load it and take everything away in one visit. There is no parking permit to arrange, nothing stands in the yard for days, and no neighbour tips their own rubbish into it.
Add a few photos to the form. We work out the price from them and agree it with you before the crew sets off. No surprises when the job is finished.
We hand the waste over to a licensed waste reception facility that is permitted to accept it. No fly-tipping at the edge of a forest or into someone else's skip: that fine would land on you, not on us.
Skip hire companies have a minimum size, so three cubic metres of bathroom waste ends up costing far more than it should. For us a small load is ordinary work. We will come out for a few bags.
We work with flat owners as readily as with offices, building managers and construction firms. For businesses we issue a VAT invoice and collect to a schedule.

There is one thing for you to do: fill in the form. We handle the rest.
Tell us what needs taking away, the rough volume and the address. Add a few photos. They let us quote more precisely, and they save you having to estimate the volume yourself.
We reply within 5 minutes, work out the price and settle on a time that suits you. The price is known before the work starts, with no surprises at the end.
The crew arrives at the agreed time with a truck. We collect the waste inside, carry it down the stairs, protect the stairwell and load the truck. You lift nothing.
We take everything in one visit and hand it to a licensed waste reception facility. The space is left clean and clear. Nothing stays in the yard.
Every area has its own page covering the local working conditions: the building stock, the access and what most often needs taking away there.

Within the Riga city limits, distance has almost no effect on the price. Journeys further out may carry a distance surcharge — we tell you about it when we quote, not after the job.
These are two completely different services. We provide the second — and there are situations where the first is the better buy. Here is an honest comparison.
What you get: an empty skip is delivered to your yard.
When it is the better option: if you have your own crew already working on site, somewhere to put the skip, and waste accumulating over several days.
What you get: a crew arrives with a truck.
When it is the better option: if the waste is ready to go, it needs carrying out of a flat or house, and you would rather not lift any of it.
If you are not sure which suits your situation, describe it in the form. If we can see that skip hire would work out better for you, we will say so.
That is the key difference between construction waste and, say, furniture. It is also where most misunderstandings about price begin.
Roughly 1,300–1,800 kg per cubic metre. That means a truck fills up by weight long before it fills up by volume — two cubic metres of concrete is already a full load. Heavy waste therefore often takes several trips, even when it does not look like much.
Roughly 150–400 kg per cubic metre. These materials take up a lot of room but weigh very little. Here the truck fills by volume, and a single trip can take considerably more than it could with heavy waste.
The most common case in practice: tiles, plasterboard, wallpaper, timber trim and a few bags of mortar together. On average 400–700 kg per cubic metre — the price sits somewhere in between, which is exactly why photos are the best way to pin it down.
Rough benchmarks so you can place your own situation. We work out the exact volume from photos — estimating it is not your job.
| Job | Typical volume | What it usually consists of |
|---|---|---|
| Bathroom strip-out | 3–5 m³ | Tiles, mortar, old bathtub, sanitary ware |
| Kitchen strip-out | 2–4 m³ | Units, tiles, worktop, old appliances |
| One-bedroom flat renovation | 8–12 m³ | Mixed waste from every room |
| Two to three-bedroom renovation | 12–20 m³ | Mixed waste, often over several trips |
| Brick partition wall (10 m²) | 2–3 m³ | About 1.5 tonnes — a heavy load |
| Floor covering (20 m²) | 2–3 m³ | Screed, tiles, parquet or laminate |
Volumes are indicative and depend on the specific property.
