Terms of use

1. General provisions

These terms of use govern the use of the buvgruzuizvesanariga.lv website (the "Website") and the relationship between the service provider trading as BuvgruzuIzvesanaRiga.lv ("We") and visitors to and customers of the Website ("You").

By using the Website or requesting a service, You agree to these terms. If You do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Requesting services

By completing the request form on the Website, You submit a request to receive a service. A request is not a contract — it is a request for confirmation. We get back to You within 5 minutes to confirm the request and let You know the arrival time. The contract for the provision of the service is concluded at the moment both parties agree on the type of service and the price.

3. Prices and payment

The prices given on the Website are indicative. We give the exact final price once the situation has been assessed and before work begins. The customer approves the price before work starts. Payment is made in cash or by another method agreed individually.

4. Quality of service

By its nature, construction waste removal has no warranty period — the service is complete at the moment the waste has been carried out, taken away and the place tidied up. The customer inspects the result on site before signing the work off.

We undertake to: carry out the work to the agreed scope, agree the price before work starts, carry out and load the waste ourselves, tidy the work area and the stairwell afterwards, and hand the waste over at a licensed reception site.

If it becomes apparent during the work that the actual volume or the conditions differ materially from those stated in the request, we notify You immediately and agree how to proceed, rather than increasing the bill without agreement.

If our staff cause damage to the customer's property or to communal areas during the work, this is dealt with in accordance with the applicable legislation.

5. Customer obligations

In requesting the service, the Customer confirms that they:

• are entitled to request the service at the address or property specified;
• have provided information (address, contact details) that is truthful;
• will not use the service for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse to provide the service where there is reasonable doubt as to the legitimacy of the request.

6. Limitations of liability

We accept no liability for losses arising from exceptional circumstances (weather, traffic accidents and the like) or from unforeseeable technical difficulties that affect the arrival time. The content of the Website is provided "as is" — we do not warrant that the prices and times given correspond in full to current rates at any given moment.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Website (text, images, design) is the property of BuvgruzuIzvesanaRiga.lv and is protected by copyright. The content may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are settled by negotiation; where that is not possible, in the courts of Latvia.

9. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on the Website.
