Photographs attached to a request

The request form gives you the option of attaching photographs. This is voluntary — you can book the service without them.

• Why we collect them: to assess the volume and type of waste and the access to the property, and to give you a more accurate price without an on-site visit.
• How they are processed: the photograph is resized on your own device before it is sent, and stored in our cloud storage. A link to the image is attached to your request.
• How long we keep them: only for as long as is necessary to deal with the request and provide the service.
• What we ask you not to include: please do not photograph documents, people or any other information unrelated to the waste being removed.
• Your rights: you may ask us at any time to delete the photographs you have submitted by getting in touch with us.

1. Controller

The controller of personal data is the service provider trading as BuvgruzuIzvesanaRiga.lv, Riga, Latvia.

2. What personal data do we collect?

When you complete the request form on our website, we collect the following personal data:

• Name
• Telephone number
• Address (if provided)
• District and type of service
• Description (if provided)
• Time of the request and the page URL

3. Why do we collect this data?

We collect personal data for the following purposes:

• To get back to you and confirm the service request;
• To provide the service requested.

Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

4. Data retention

Personal data is kept only for as long as is necessary to provide the service — normally no longer than 12 months. A backup copy is held in the browser's localStorage, which is accessible only on the user's own device.

5. Transfer of data to third parties

Form data is sent to an automation platform (for example ActivePieces, Make.com or n8n), which handles the sending of notifications. We do not pass your data to any other third-party companies for marketing purposes.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

• Access to your personal data;
• Rectification or erasure;
• Restriction of processing;
• Objection to processing;
• Lodging a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
