Construction waste removal prices in Riga

Clear, transparent rates with no hidden charges. We always confirm the exact price before the work starts.

From €15/m² — demolition work
From €80 — removal from an apartment
From €35/m³ — removal from a house
No surprises

Construction waste removal in Riga starts from €80 for the minimum call-out (up to 1 m³) and from €35/m³ for removal including carrying out. Heavy waste — concrete, brick, mortar — from €45/m³, because a truck fills by weight rather than volume. An additional worker from €30/h, demolition from €5/m². The price depends on volume, the type and weight of the waste, the floor and lift, and vehicle access. We quote from photos and agree the price before the work starts.

Five factors that move the price of waste removal

There is no single fixed price for construction waste removal, because every job is different. These are the factors we work from — so you can see how the price is built up, rather than just being handed a total.

1. Volume in cubic metres

The main factor. A few bags after a bathroom refit is one situation; a full three-bedroom renovation is another entirely. If you are unsure about the volume, add photos — estimating it is our job, not yours.

2. Type and weight of waste

Concrete and brick weigh 1,300–1,800 kg/m³; plasterboard and wood 150–400 kg/m³. A truck loaded with heavy waste fills up on weight at around two cubic metres, so removing concrete costs more than removing the same volume of light waste.

3. Floor and lift

The ground floor or the yard is the quickest option. A fifth-floor flat with no lift means every bag is carried down by hand, which takes time and more workers. If there is a lift but waste is not allowed in it, the situation is the same as having no lift at all.

4. Vehicle access

If the truck can pull up at the entrance, loading is fast. A narrow courtyard, a gated site or parking fifty metres away means every bag has to be carried to the vehicle first. In the centre of Riga and the Old Town that is a common situation.

5. Whether demolition is needed

If the waste is already bagged and ready, all we have to do is carry it out. If a partition still has to come down, tiles have to come off or an old bathtub has to be taken out, that is separate work charged on top — but done in the same visit.

Distance

Within Riga, distance has practically no effect on the price. Journeys out into the region — Mārupe, Ķekava, Salaspils, Jūrmala and beyond — may carry a small mileage surcharge, and we always tell you about it in advance.

Why removal with carrying out can beat a skip

Skip hire looks cheaper at first glance, but the comparison has to be carried through to the end — including the part you do yourself.

Small volume (1–3 m³)Poor value — there is a minimum sizeA normal job

A skip is the better option if you have your own crew already working on site and waste accumulates over several days. In that case you do not need the carrying out, and skip hire is the more logical choice. If that is your situation, we will say so honestly.
