Imanta is one of the largest apartment neighbourhoods in Riga, and the typical job is carrying waste out of a flat after a renovation. Most buildings are Soviet-era standard blocks whose lifts are narrow and often barred for debris. Pulling up at the entrance is usually fine, but the courtyards fill with cars during the day.

The railway divides the neighbourhood and crossing is restricted in places. That affects the route, not the price — within Riga distance barely changes the cost.
