We remove construction waste in Ādaži, carrying it out and loading it ourselves. You lift nothing.
Ādaži is one of the fastest-growing suburbs north of Riga, dominated by newer detached and terraced houses, with some apartment developments and public buildings. The A1 makes it quick to reach, but the district also takes in wooded and low-lying areas where access is a different matter.
Much of the work is in new or recently finished houses — fit-outs, redecoration, landscaping. Access is usually good, letting us load straight from the pile, and the waste is cleaner: packaging, plasterboard, timber ends, broken tiles.
The district has woodland and lower ground near the Gauja and the lakes. After prolonged rain the soft gravel tracks are a problem for a loaded truck. Off the tarmac, we assess access from photos beforehand.
The centre has apartment blocks and public buildings. There the work goes as it does in Riga — the floor, the lift and yard access are what count.
The A1 gives a fast link to Riga, so a run out here can be planned flexibly. Traffic towards Riga is heavier at peak times, and we allow for it.

Book a collectionThese are the kinds of job we come across most often in Ādaži, and what drives the volume and the time.
Packaging, plasterboard, timber ends. Good yard access, so the job goes quickly.
Plaster, old tiles, timber framing. The heavy portion decides the number of trips.
Spoil, old paving setts, stumps, leftover materials. Spoil is heavy — a cubic metre weighs up to 1,900 kg.
As in Riga: the floor and the lift set the time.
On the new estates the yards are small and shared, so a skip immediately becomes a matter for the neighbours. On soft gravel tracks the delivery lorry can get stuck too — with our approach that risk does not arise, because we leave nothing behind.
We do not hire out skips at all, even when asked. Our work begins indoors and ends when the truck drives away. When we plan a run to Ādaži we allow for two local factors: the A1 gives a direct link to Riga and Saulkrasti but can be busy at peak times, and the fact that the Gauja and the lakes are close by. Both affect how close we can park and how long loading takes. If a skip really would suit you better, we will say so honestly.
Yes, both fall within Ādaži district and the area we cover. Access differs from the town streets, so give us the exact address.
Straight-line distances from the centre point — a planning guide, not the driving distance.
| Place | Distance | Type |
|---|---|---|
| Riga | 19.4 km | state city and the capital of Latvia |
| Saulkrasti | 21.8 km | town and district centre |
| Vangaži | 12.8 km | town |
| Mārupe | 24.9 km | town and district centre |
If your address sits between these places, put it in the form and we will tell you whether we can come.
Ādaži sits in Riga's immediate surroundings, so a small distance supplement may apply. We tell you in the quote, before the work starts, not afterwards. Being close, we can often fit the visit in the same day or the next.
Everything else is as it is anywhere: how much waste there is, what it weighs, which floor it is on and whether the lift can be used. Heavy materials mean several trips even at modest volumes. Strip-out work is priced separately but done on the same visit. The full price breakdown.
