Before a full refurbishment a flat usually has to go back to bare walls: out go the old furniture, sanitary ware, kitchen, tiles, floor coverings with their screed and any unwanted partitions. That is several days' work and 15–25 m³ of waste. We strip out to the agreed scope and remove the waste in stages, so it does not sit in the flat all through the renovation.
We walk the rooms beforehand and record what comes out and what stays. No misunderstandings once work is under way.

A full strip-out of a two or three-bedroom flat easily reaches 15–25 m³, and the heavy part — screed and tiles — fills the truck by weight. We plan several trips and say so in the quote.
A full strip-out is noisy work over several days. Warn your neighbours and check the building rules on working hours — that heads off most problems.
